Ostomy Association of Greater
Donations All of the money received through our Association is used
only for regular and ordinary expenses.
These include printing and postage costs of The New Outlook (by
far our greatest expense), our Internet site, coffee for General
Meetings, other minimal expenses for administration; and we help support
Friends of Ostomates Worldwide, the Youth Rally and the United Ostomy
Associations of America. Our meeting
locations are all donated to us. All
doctors, nurses and speakers generously donate their talent, time and service
to our Association. Our officers,
directors and committee chairpersons are all unpaid volunteers . . . who
usually pay their business expenses personally. Please mail
this page and a check to Ostomy Association of Greater Mr. Timothy A. Traznik, Treasurer If there is a special donation or stipend
you wish make, such as a gift annuity, including us in part of your estate,
or virtually any other type of plan, we have experts in taxes and estates at
our Association to work with you.

the particulars of what you would like to do. The Ostomy Association of Greater Chicago is a completely volunteer
organization. We are composed
primarily of people with ostomies for the purpose of offering mutual
emotional aid and support through people who have learned to live with an
ostomy; educational programs and materials to keep us informed of the
historical as well as cutting edge advancements in medical technology; and
advocacy to communicate the needs of people with ostomies. Contributions made to Ostomy Association of Greater Chicago are
tax-deductible for income tax purposes.

charitable organization under Internal Revenue Code 501(c) (3). |
